Stroll Along The Boardwalk
Fancy a natural hot spa? You may like to take a dip in
the Khlong Thom hot springs, about a 40 minute drive south
of Krabi. Under the cover of lush undergrowth, you can
take an enjoyable stroll along the boardwalk, winding
it’s way along the creek. It is a great way to spend
some quiet time, and refreshments are available nearby.
The boardwalk leads you to a small park area, where you
can indulge in a natural bath of mineral salts, and very
soothing too, at a temperature of 35 ºC or more.
Relax In The Creek
You can relax in one of the many natural hollows in the
creek and watch the water gently cascade into the cool
pools of another passing by, giving you the option of
a refreshing dip to finish.
Only a little further down the road you will find the
crystal pools of the Khao Phra Bang Khram Nature Reserve.
There are a number of walks to enjoy here winding their
way through the forest.
You can stroll along the road
to the pools, and for a change on your return, take the
walking track that winds it’s way along the creek.
Take a dip here also, the water is cool and crystal clear
and provides a great way to relax and relieve the body
and mind of the stresses of the day.
